My Mission

Bridging the Gap Between Legal Knowledge and Practical Implementation

During my nearly six years as Chairperson of the Local Complaints Committee, Faridabad, I gained first-hand experience of the challenges organisations face in addressing workplace sexual harassment complaints.

One thing became clear to me. Having a POSH policy in place is not enough. Organisations also need people who understand how to implement the law correctly and handle complaints with fairness and sensitivity.

I witnessed how procedural lapses, missed statutory timelines, improperly constituted committees, and weaknesses in inquiry reports could affect the integrity of the entire process. Often, the challenge was not a lack of intent, but a lack of practical guidance on how to fulfil statutory responsibilities.

These experiences shaped my belief that effective POSH compliance goes beyond knowing the law. It requires a sound understanding of the inquiry process, procedural safeguards, statutory obligations, and the principles of natural justice.

That is why I developed this course: to make practical POSH knowledge accessible to those who want to understand the law and apply it with confidence.

While I continue to conduct live training and consultancy programmes for organisations, I wanted to create a learning opportunity that was not limited by location or access to in-person sessions.

This course brings together legal knowledge and practical insights in a structured learning format that you can complete at your own pace, from anywhere in the country. My aim is to help participants develop the confidence and competence to handle POSH responsibilities effectively and contribute to safer, fairer, and more accountable workplaces.
