These terms apply to your use of this website and the online courses sold on it. The website and courses are run by SAFE SPACES BY MADHURI, Faridabad, Haryana, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a course, you agree to these terms, our Refund policy and our Privacy policy.
1. Your account
- Give your real name and contact details. The name on your account is the name printed on your certificate.
- Your email address is your login. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- An account is for one person. Course access cannot be shared, transferred or resold.
2. Buying a course
- Prices are in Indian rupees, as shown on the course page and at checkout.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered with the payment gateway and never reach us.
- Courses are delivered online; nothing is shipped. Access starts as soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment to us.
- Purchases are final once access is granted. See the Refund policy.
3. Course access
- Access lasts for the period shown on the course page when you buy, counted from the date your payment is confirmed. When it ends, you can no longer watch the lessons or take the assessments.
- We may update, reorder or improve course content to keep it accurate, for example when the law changes.
4. Assessments and your certificate of completion
To receive a certificate of completion, finish every module and pass the course assessments. The pass mark and the number of attempts allowed are shown in the course. Each certificate has a unique ID and its own verification link, which anyone can open to confirm it is genuine. We may revoke a certificate obtained by misusing the platform or by breaking these terms.
5. Certificate disclaimer
Madhuri Bakshi and SAFE SPACES BY MADHURI are not a certification, accreditation or licensing body. The certificate issued at the end of a course is a certificate of course completion. It confirms only that the named person completed that course and passed its assessments on this website.
It is not a government-issued or government-recognised certification, licence, accreditation or professional qualification. It does not certify that the holder, or any organisation, complies with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Wherever this website uses words such as “certification”, “certified” or “certificate”, they refer to this certificate of course completion.
6. Educational content, not legal advice
Course content is general information about the POSH Act and workplace practice, given for learning. It is not legal advice on any particular situation. For a specific complaint, inquiry or compliance decision, take advice from a qualified lawyer.
7. Use of course material
Videos, slides, documents and assessments belong to Madhuri Bakshi or are licensed to us. You may use them for your own learning only. You may not download, record, copy, share, publish, sell or use them to train others without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Do not share your login, try to get around access controls, copy content with scripts or tools, or interfere with the website’s security or working. If you do, we may suspend or close your account and revoke any certificate, without a refund.
9. Availability
We work to keep the website and courses available, but cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may pause access briefly for maintenance or updates.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim about a course is limited to the amount you paid for that course.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply from the date they are published, and using the website after that means you accept them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Faridabad, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
