Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to online courses bought from SAFE SPACES BY MADHURI on this website. Please read it before you pay. It forms part of our Terms and conditions.

Course purchases are final

Course access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because the course is delivered digitally and straight away, a purchase cannot be cancelled and is not refundable once access has been granted, whether or not you start or finish the course.

No refund is given when access ends at the close of its access period, or when an account is suspended or closed for breaking our Terms.

When we do refund

We refund the full amount if:

• you were charged more than once for the same course, and we refund every payment after the first; or
• money was taken from your account but course access was not granted.

If a payment fails, your bank or the payment gateway usually returns any amount deducted automatically. If it has not come back, contact us.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with your name, the course, the date of payment, and the payment ID from your payment confirmation if you have it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment gateway. After a refund is issued, banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it in your account.
